Terms and conditions

What we provide

A live, online course of 8 sessions over 4 weeks, delivered on Google Meet on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Pakistan time, taught in a mix of Urdu and English. Batches are capped at 25 to 30 students.

Sessions are recorded, and the recording is provided to anyone who misses one. Reference materials are shared after each session. You also get access to the batch WhatsApp group, Q&A sessions and office hours with your instructor.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that you will earn money, find clients or be hired, and we will never tell you otherwise. No honest course can promise that, because the outcome depends on work you do after the course ends.

What we do commit to is teaching the course as described, by the instructor named, with direct access to them throughout.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown on each course page and are quoted in Pakistani Rupees. Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp; there is no checkout on this website.

Submitting a sign-up form registers your interest. It is not a payment, it does not charge you anything, and it does not by itself confirm a place. We will contact you afterwards with payment details.

Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have confirmed it with you. Batch places are limited and are allocated in the order they are confirmed.

Where a fee is advertised as an early bird or limited-time price, the closing date is stated next to it on the course page. The price that applies to you is the one in force on the day we confirm your payment.

• Students with a valid student ID receive 20% off the Upwork Freelancing Course.
• Digital Marketing 101 is already discounted, so the student discount does not apply to it.
• Fees can be split across 3 monthly installments, subject to a student ID and a parent or guardian guarantee.
• Two full scholarships are available each batch for deserving candidates.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel and receive a full refund at any time before the course begins.

Once session 1 has run, the fee is non-refundable. Your place is one of only 25 to 30 and cannot be reallocated after the course has started. We would much rather answer every question you have before you pay than take a fee you regret, so please ask.

If we cancel or postpone a batch, you can choose a full refund or a place in the next batch.

Course materials

Recordings, reference packs, templates and slides are provided for your own learning. They remain our property. Please do not share, resell, republish or redistribute them, and do not share your access with anyone else.

Conduct

Sessions are small and interactive, which only works if everyone is decent to each other. We ask that you turn up, take part, and treat your instructor and the other students with respect. We reserve the right to remove a student for behaviour that makes the session worse for everyone else, without a refund.

Certificates

Students who complete a course receive the digital FLOW Graduate of the Batch certificate, certified by FLOW and signed by Qunoot Sharif. It records that you completed the course. It is not a professional qualification, an accreditation, or a guarantee of employment.

Changes to the schedule

We will occasionally need to move a session. If that happens we will tell the batch as early as we can, over WhatsApp, and the session will be rescheduled or recorded.
