Outcomes
What you'll walk out with
Concrete things you will have built and be able to do by the end of the four weeks, not topics you will have heard about.
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot and Google Analytics 4
- A portfolio of six to eight real pieces you built during the course
- A content strategy, a mock ad campaign, an email sequence and a client report, all your own work
- The metrics that matter, and the ability to report on them like a strategist
- One service area you can name, price and offer to a client
Curriculum
What we cover, in order.
4 weeks · 8 sessions. Every session includes practical exercises built around real business scenarios, and a reference pack afterwards.
- 01
What digital marketing is, and how people actually get paid for it
The channels, the difference between strategy work and execution work, and why that distinction decides your rate. You leave with a map of the landscape and a sense of where you fit on it.
- 02
Audience, content strategy and social media
Defining a real audience, building content pillars from insight rather than guesswork, and the anatomy of a piece that works: hook, body, message, call to action.
- 03
Paid advertising 1: Meta ads from zero to first campaign
Business Manager, campaign structure, objectives, targeting, ad formats and budgets. You build a full mock campaign yourself inside Ads Manager.
- 04
Paid advertising 2: Google Ads and search intent
Push versus pull, campaign types, keywords and match types, Quality Score, and the metrics that matter. Ends with a live walkthrough of real Upwork job postings for the skills you now have.
- 05
Email marketing, the channel that quietly outperforms everything
List building, welcome and nurture sequences, and what makes an email get opened and acted on. You write a three-email sequence you can keep as portfolio work.
- 06
Marketing analytics: reading data like a strategist
CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR and LTV in plain English, then building a one-page client report from real campaign data, ending in a recommendation rather than a number dump.
- 07
Lead generation and CRM: turning interest into a pipeline
What clients are actually buying when they buy lead generation, how to run it, and how to package it as a service with a clear deliverable and price.
- 08
Your toolkit: what you know, what you can offer, what comes next
Consolidating the eight sessions into one service you could sell, a 60-second positioning pitch, and an extended open Q&A with a practitioner who runs multi-million euro campaigns.

Time booked with your instructor alone, on your profile, your niche, your proposals.
Live Q&A sessions
Dedicated sessions where the agenda is whatever the batch is stuck on.
Regular office hours
Standing slots with the instructor outside of class time. Show up with a problem, leave with a plan.
Reference packs after every session
Materials, templates and notes from each class, yours to keep and reuse long after the course ends.
Every session recorded
Sessions are recorded, and the recording goes to anyone who missed one. Nobody falls behind because of a weekend they couldn't make.

Every student who finishes the course receives the digital FLOW Graduate of the Batch certificate, certified by FLOW and signed by Qunoot Sharif. Ready to add to your LinkedIn profile, your Upwork profile and your resume.
