Curriculum
What we cover, in order.
4 weeks · 8 sessions. Every session includes practical exercises built around real business scenarios, and a reference pack afterwards.

Understanding the landscape
How Upwork actually works: the algorithm, what makes a profile rank, how the Job Success Score is calculated, the fee structure, and the five mistakes that sink most beginners. Ends with reading real job posts as a group and voting on which to apply to.

Finding your niche
What is selling on Upwork right now and what each role involves day to day. Every student shares their background and the group identifies the right niche for them. Nobody leaves this session unsure.

Building a profile that gets hired
Title, bio, keywords, photo, skills tags, rate and portfolio, built live and explained line by line. Includes a guest session with Zainab Shafiq, a Top Rated freelancer and Project Manager at a Canadian agency, on what international clients actually look for.

Live profile reviews
Every student's profile on screen, one by one, reviewed and rewritten together. You see exactly how the thinking works, so you can do it yourself afterwards.

Writing proposals that actually work
Why most proposals get deleted in seconds, the three-paragraph structure that doesn't, and a line-by-line read of a real proposal that won work. Then the class writes proposals together on live job posts.

Client communication and CRM skills
How to talk to US clients, set expectations and handle things going wrong, with a live role-play. Then a hands-on introduction to the CRMs that get freelancers shortlisted, including GoHighLevel and EZLynx shown from inside the platform.

Landing your first client, and the money side
Getting hired with zero reviews, live mock interviews, and then the part nobody explains: Payoneer set up step by step, how withdrawals work in Pakistan, and how to actually get the dollars into your account.

Graduation and what comes next
Group review of the real proposals you've sent, the path to Top Rated, when to raise your rate, and a final course-wide quiz. Every graduate receives their certificate.

How it runs
The format, and the support around it
We schedule on weekends deliberately, so people in school, university or full-time work can attend without giving up their weekday commitments. Learning a new skill shouldn't cost you the one you already have.

Every session recorded
Sessions are recorded, and the recording goes to anyone who missed one. Nobody falls behind because of a weekend they couldn't make.
A live quiz every session
Every class includes a live Kahoot with a leaderboard, usually recapping the session before. Anything the room gets wrong is explained there and then, so nobody carries a half-formed idea into the next topic. Batch 1 named this their favourite part.
FLOW Graduate of the Batch certificate
Every student who finishes the course receives the digital FLOW Graduate of the Batch certificate, certified by FLOW and signed by Qunoot Sharif. Ready to add to your LinkedIn profile, your Upwork profile and your resume.
Before you start
What you need
A laptop or computer
With an internet connection stable enough for a Google Meet video call.
Urdu or English
A basic understanding of either one. The course is taught in both.
The commitment to show up
Every weekend, for four weeks, and to do the work between sessions. This is the part that actually decides the outcome.
If you have a degree, or any work experience at all, you already have more than enough to start.
